CARRIE C. JACK

Carrie C. Jack, of Mountain Top, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022.

Born in Middletown, CT, she was the daughter of the late William and Jane Shorey Baker and was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and previously worked as a nurse's aide. Carrie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and mostly enjoyed spending time with loved ones and cooking for her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother William Baker, Jr.

She is survived and will be deeply missed by her husband, Raymond Jack, four children, Michael Shannon; Thomas Jack; Daniel Jack and his wife, Ashley, Jennifer Jack; three grandchildren, Lyllian, Madilyn, Jaylyn; sisters, Linda Ficzko and her husband, Derek, Alice Baker, nieces and nephews.

Carrie's wishes were to have no public services.
