Frank G. Cooper, 67, of Mountain Top, died Sunday, May 7, 2023 at home with family by his side.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late John and Rose Kinney Cooper and graduated from Crestwood High School.
Frank worked for Wright Township Municipal Public Works for 26 years. He loved music and Rock 107. He could tell you when the song came out and who the singer was. He was an avid New York Yankees baseball fan and could give you all the stats. His favorite saying was "Take a Laxative." He loved his dog Milo and his family. He was a good man, husband, brother and friend.
He was taken from us way too soon.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his brother, Steve Cooper.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend Jean Marie May Cooper; his step daughter Joyce, grandson Jacob; brothers John Cooper and Jim (companion Dorothy) Cooper; sister Colleen, mother in law, Florence; sisters in law Sandy, Tammy, Betty and brothers in law, Gene and Mike and sister in law Karen.
Memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm from the Desiderio-Lehman Funeral and Cremation, 436 S. Mountain Blvd. Mountain Top.
Friends are invited to join the family from 12:00 noon until time of service.
