HAROLD DANIEL WALK SR.

Harold D. Walk, Sr. of Slocum Township, died late Friday evening, April 17, 2020, in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born in Slocum Township, he was the son of the late Rowland and Eva Stackhouse Walk and following graduation, enlisted in the United States Navy during World War II. He loved driving children to school on the school bus and enjoyed camping.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Zella Harrington Walk, infant daughter, Marion; son in law, Martin Kremski and brother, Louis Walk.

Harold is survived by his daughters, Cindy Kremski of Mountain Top; Cathy (James) Dietrick of Syracuse, NY; son, Harold (Cecilia) Walk Jr. of Mountain Top; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Matthew, Jamie Sue, Dena, Harold and Jennifer and 11 great grandchildren.

Burial will be held in Slocum Cemetery, Slocum on Sunday, July 5, 2020, at 11:00 am.
