ISABELLE DESIDERIO Obituary

Isabelle Desiderio, 93, of Larksville passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Plymouth, she was the daughter of Charles and Margaret Uravich and was a graduate of Plymouth High School.

Isabelle was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Basil A. Desiderio; an infant son; and sisters, Ann Muchukot and Verna Waligorski.

She was a devoted wife, a loving mother and a gentle grandmother.

Survivors include her daughter, Donna; sons, Charles (Beth) and Basil Jr.; grandchildren, Jonathan (Tara), Andrew (Katie), Charles (Lauren), Tessa Desiderio, David and Christopher; five great-grandchildren; niece, Edith (Don) Prescavage; nephew, Robert (Mary) Wicht; sister, Dolores Myers; along with many other nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Willow Street, Plymouth, at 10 a.m. Friday. Private interment will follow in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Muhlenberg. There will be no calling hours. Family and friends are requested to go directly to the church.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Desiderio Funeral Home Inc., serving Wilkes-Barre and Mountain Top.
