RICHARD EGBERT

Richard Egbert, 92, of Mountain Top, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA.

Born in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of the late George D. and Rose VanSetter Egbert, Sr.; was employed as the Manager of Singac Supply, a Plumbing and Heating Supply Co in NJ for over 60 years and served his country proudly in the United States Coast Guard during World War II.

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his siblings, Margaret Wenderoth,  Rose Thomas, George D. Egbert, Jr. and identical Twin Brother, Kryne A. Egbert.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Lillian Smith Egbert; daughters, Robin Egbert of Budd Lake, NJ and her children, Michael, Matthew and D; Linda Skowronski and Judy Geissler.

Memorial service will be held on June 27, 2021, at the Mountain Top American Legion at 12:00 noon.
