Robert A. Hempel, of Killeen, Texas, died April 7, 2019, in Harker Heights, Texas.
Graveside Military service and interment will be on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 12:00 noon in Stairville Cemetery, Stairville Road, Wapwallopen. Pastor Michelle Kaufman will officiate.
