Sharon J. Fierro passed away peacefully on May 6, 2026, at Mountain Top Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Hazleton on March 27, 1952, she was the daughter of the late William and Sylvia Spohr Neikam.
Sharon was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who cherished the time she spent with her family. An avid dog lover, she had a special place in her heart for animals and enjoyed the companionship they brought throughout her life. She was also a dedicated fan of the San Francisco 49ers and faithfully cheered them on each season. Sharon was a member of the former St. Mary’s Church, Lattimer.
She is survived by her loving son, Robert Fierro and his wife, Diana, of McAdoo; grandchildren Gary, Lisa, Aleida, and Blake; great-grandchildren Logan, Lucas, Presley, Roman, Knox, Matthew, Hunter, Jacob, Dixon, Abigail, Zakk, Ethan, and Adler; as well as her siblings.
In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Fierro.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are under the direction of Desiderio-Lehman Funeral and Cremation.
