THOMAS R. JACK

Thomas R. Jack, 37, of Mountain Top, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022 in Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Berlin, VT, he was the son of Raymond J. Jack of Mountain Top and the late Carrie C. Baker Jack, who passed away this past May. Thomas was a graduate of Lamoille Union High School, Hyde Park, VT and worked at Walmart, moving freight and stocking shelves.

In addition to his father, he is survived by siblings Michael Shannon of Mountain Top; Daniel Jack and his wife, Ashley of Ohio; Jennifer Jack of Mountain Top and three nieces, Lyllian, Madilyn, Jaylyn; nephew, Atticus; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial Service will be conducted on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 6:00 pm from the Desiderio-Lehman Funeral and Cremation, 436 S. Mountain Blvd. Mountain Top.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
